The sales and customer service team take great pride in giving all our customers the information they need to help make an informed decision and helping to improve their quality of life at home with our easy access mobility solutions.
Bespoke’s sales and customer service team have a wealth of experience and understand the need for easy access solutions, from liaising with carers, family members to the homeowners themselves. It is a very rewarding role to help our customers decide on a life-changing home improvement. Carla, who has been with us for over 2 years said “The best part of my job here is being the first point of contact for our customers. I am the first person to hear how our products can and have really helped or changed our customers’ lives, this is so nice to hear. It is also great being part of a very friendly team.”
Bespoke Bathing and Bespoke Homelifts are also very proud of our operational team who ensure that all installations and fittings are on time and to the bespoke home survey plan (carried out by our national mobility surveyors for our bathing and home lift products). Tim, ‘who has 35 years’ experience in the bathroom mobility industry and heads up this department, said “My favourite part of the job is changing people’s lives for the better. When you realise that you have made a huge difference to a customer, and helped them be able to bathe safely or move around their home safely, it is very satisfying.”
We have a national team of surveyors, installers and engineers who work extremely hard to complete the Bespoke bathing solutions that make such a difference to our customers’ lives. Bespoke Bathing and Bespoke Homelifts founder, Steve Ellis added “I am extremely proud of all the staff.
